After the war of independence in 1821 that took place in Greek, Athens was taken as the capital of Greek by various reasons .If you talk about Greece, Athens comes like Kathmandu if you talk about Nepal. Athens is the only place offers various museum and sights interesting for tourist. Among them the Acropolis was the one of the impressive landmarks that i have seen. It was like a scene that i used to see the in curtain of the films, old, ancient and unique things that I have ever seen. If you ever went to Athens do not miss this heritage. There is also lots of theater that were in performance in the ancient Greece time one can see down. It is a nice place to see the Greece valley like shyambunath to see the Kathmandu valley.
While wandering in Athens do not forget to take the Athens metro the easier way to get around the city in reasonable cost. There is no much line as in London underground, one can simply Travel as signs are both written in English and Greek and tickets are recommend buying from machines as I did the same.
While walking through the metro premises if you are not in that rush take a few seconds to look to the statues and old graves found during the construction of the metro and i am grateful to that point that every thing are preserved there. One gets confused if he or she is in metro or a museum, also see the National Archaeological Museum which is one of the best one in Europe.

About Myself :
My name is Nabraj Ghimire but people call me Raj for short. I am a lifelong resident of Nepal and was born in an isolated village in the Annapurna region known as Simpani -9 Khudi Lamjung , famous as the starting point of the Annapurna Circuit Trek. I have always been interested in other cultures and countries this curiosity has led me away from my traditional family farm to Kathmandu where I can meet people from all over the world and learn about other cultures and beliefs. While in Kathmandu, I completed my Masters degree in Humanities and Social Science from Tribhuvan University to learn the history and future trends that shape societies worldwide. As travel has always been my passion, I started working with a local tourism company and was inspired to start my own to help other learn about the real Nepal while learning from the travelers about their home countries. Over the last 10 years, I have worked in the travel industry while specializing in Nepalese cultural retreats and traditional trekking routes. During my off time, I travel whenever I can and have explored over a dozen countries including the mystical kingdom of Bhutan, several countries in the Middle East, Great Britain and the relaxing Greek Isles. Reflecting on everything I have seen and learned, it is my mission to inform the world of all the trips, experiences and news I have gathered from my work and travels and would like to thank you for viewing my blog.
